Change the template for your newsletter(s)

Give your Practice Panda newsletter an updated look with a fresh new template!

1. Log into your Practice Panda account at https://portal.practicepanda.com

2. In the left menu, expand "Newsletters" and then select "Client Update", or click the "Monthly Newsletter" button on your dashboard (as shown below)

3. Click on the "Manage Client Update Newsletter" button

4. Click "Manage newsletter template' as shown below

5. On the Template Settings page, take your mouse and hover over the image preview of the template you would like to modify, and then left-click the "Click to choose color" link (as shown below)

6. If you have a logo uploaded, our system will detect the colors (if any) and give you a color palette to choose from.

In the example below, the light orange / salmon color was selected.

NOTE: If our system determines the color you are picking is too light to be readable, you will get a message advising you that "The color selected is too light to be readable as text and has been automatically darkened." as is the case for our example below. When we selected the light orange / salmon color our system automatically darkened the color to be readable.

Select "Continue" (a.) if you're happy with your selection, or if you need to start over, click "Start over" (b.) to be taken back to the Template Settings page to select a new template.

7. Your Template has now been updated. On the Template change complete page, you can now select if you want the same template you just modified to be applied to other services you have available to you under your current plan.

To do this, click the switch (a.), next to the service you wish to set this template for (as shown below):

In the Example below, we want this template to be applied to the Tax & Business Newsletter, Tax Planning Insights Newsletter, and any of our Custom Messages.

Once you are happy with your selection, click the "Back to Client Update Newsletter Main" (b.) button, or if you'd like to start the entire process over, click "Start over" (c.)

Preview your new template using your microsite

You can preview the new template for your newsletter by viewing your microsite link. In the example in this guide, we made the changes to the Client Update newsletter. To find the microsite for your Client Update Newsletter, click the button below:
