Ensure your credit card information / billing info is up-to-date or learn how to update it if your account is suspended due to non-payment

IMPORTANT: Practice Panda accounts are suspended when payment is not received by the end of the billing period. There are three emails sent within a week letting you know that your account will be suspended if payment is not received within that timeframe.

Also note: If you have our website plan and manage your email accounts, those services will also be shutdown until we receive payment.

1. Log into your Practice Panda account at https://portal.practicepanda.com

2. After you login to your Practice Panda marketing account, click on the Profile Icon in the upper right of your Practice Panda dashboard to be taken to your Account Settings.

3. Scroll down to the bottom and click on "Update Credit Card Info". You can then enter and submit your new credit card information.

4. Now you can enter your credit card information: Card number, Expiration date, CVC code, (1.). Once your new card info is entered, click "Update Card" (2.).

How to contact Practice Panda support?

For any support questions or concerns regarding your Practice Panda service or billing information, we recommend sending us a ticket through our Contact Us page in your Practice Panda portal.

To do this, expand "Support" in the left navigation menu in your Practice Panda account, and select "Contact Support". (as shown in the screenshot below)

What if I need to speak to a live person?

While most of our support is done via email, You can always schedule a check in call by logging into your Practice Panda account, expanding "Support" in the left navigation menu (near the bottom as shown below) and clicking the "Schedule Call" button.

Help, my account is suspended!

NOTE: If you need to update your credit card information and can't do that through your Practice Panda portal, please note we are unable to take credit card information over email or through our ticketing system.

To get your account reactivated, we recommend scheduling a check-in call with your account manager so you can provide them with your updated payment information and select your plan which can be done by clicking here.
