PLEASE NOTE: The Marketing Resource Center is part of the Gold and Platinum plans only. It is not included with the Silver plan.

IMPORTANT: Your client list MUST include the clients' birthdays in order for clients to get a birthday card. If you need help uploading/re-uploading a list, please see the guide on uploading lists here.

1. Log into your account at https://portal.practicepanda.com

2. Click on "Marketing Resource Center" in the left menu to expand the drop down in the, then click "build & Schedule Message"

3.Click on "Build" under "Celebrate"

4. Choose a birthday card (outlined in the red boxes below).

5. You can change the top text and select a greeting if you wish. Write whatever message you want your clients to receive on their birthday.

6. When you are finished with your message, scroll down and click "Save and continue".

7. Change the subject line if you wish and then pick a time for the card to go out (please note that the system uses the central time zone). Unlike other cards, there is no date to choose because the data is driven by the date in the "Birthday" field when you upload your client list. Once this campaign is processed, the system will check the month and day of the current date against the month and date of the client's birthday and if it finds a match, it will know that that person's birthday is today and send a card.

8. Next, you can choose the list(s) you want to send the birthday card to. You can view a preview of your message in your web browser or send yourself a preview of the message.

If you are ready to start the campaign, click "Process message". If you forgot to add something to your message, you can click "Edit message" to go back to the message. If you want to save your message and come back to it later, click "Save as a draft".
