1. Log into your account at https://portal.practicepanda.com
2. After you login to your Practice Panda marketing account, click on the Profile Icon in the upper right of your Practice Panda dashboard to be taken to your Account Settings.
3. Scroll down on the Accounts Settings page and click on "Change password"
4. In the "New Password" (1.) field type in your new password. Then type that same password in the "Reenter New Password" (2.) field and click "Change password" (3.).
IMPORTANT: Your password MUST be at least 8 characters, and the passwords must match in both the New Password and the Reenter New Password fields or the password change will not take place.
Check to ensure sure your caps lock key isn't selected by default and your numlock is on the appropiate settings if you're running into issues.
5. After you click "Change Password" in Step 4, You will be brought back to the "Account Settings" page and get a message that your password has been successfully changed.
Can't login to your Practice Panda account?
If you forgot your password or your username, first go to https://portal.practicepanda.com
Next, if you don't remember your password, click "Password help" (a.)
Forgot your username?
If you don't remember your username, you can click click "Username help" (b.).
Then on the Username Reminder page, just enter your email address and an email will be sent (from support@practicepanda.com) your support email address you designated when setting up your account.
Request Password Reset
On the Password Reset page:
Enter your email address
Enter your username
Click the "I am human" CAPTCHA
Click "Request Password Reset" button.
You will be emailed a password reset link to the support email address we have on file that you setup for your account. Once you get the reset link, just follow the prompts to update your password so you can get logged in.
