NOTE: If you have not connected your social media accounts to Practice Panda and would like content to autopost to those accounts, please connect them first by using the guide here.

1. Log into your Practice Panda account at https://portal.practicepanda.com

2. Click "Settings" in the left navigation menu to expand the submenu, then click "Autosend Settings"

3. Here, you can set up the autosend settings for each of your services. Click on the "Change Settings" button next to the service you want to autosend and autopost enabled / disabled for.

Note: Depending on your subscription, you may have anywhere from one to five services depending on your subscription, so you'll want to make sure to review the autosend and autopost settings for each service.

4. You can choose which lists and social media accounts will automatically get that service's info sent to them when a new one comes out.

For example, in the below screenshot for the Tax Tips Autosend Settings, you can click the switch next to the communication method (email lists or social media) you want the Tax Tips to be sent to. This can be specific email lists or social media accounts.

5. When autosend or autopost is enabled for a list or a social media service, it will turn green. Note that you can pick and choose which social media services and lists get this particular service autosent or autoposted.

In the example below, the Tax Tip will automatically send to the master list and post to both the X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn account every Friday. For the "Prospective Clients" list, Tax Tips will not autosend since that list is toggled off.

6. Once you are finished, you can get back to the autosend service selection clicking on "Autosend settings" in the top left to go back to the screen as shown in Step 3, and choose another service to turn on autosend / autopost for.

Repeat Steps 3 through Steps 6 until you have all the services you want set up for autosend and autopost.
