Issue
When emails are received from custom messages sent through your Practice Panda portal and you see them coming back with a [SUSPICIOUS MESSAGE] flag in the subject line, this means that the receiving party’s email system is adding this security flag to the message.
This usually occurs if you’re sending messages in the Practice Panda Marketing Resource Center to your own email for testing or for your own records, and your mail system is adding this flag.
Please Note: Practice Panda does not flag messages sent through the Marketing Resource Center.
Scenerio
After a custom message is sent through the Practice Panda Marketing Resource Center the receiving email system is seeing that you're sending the message to yourself and adding in the [SUSPICIOUS MESSAGE] flag, or your email systems security configuration is set to catch these types of emails.
Solution
Whitelist the email address in your email system, or adjust your email systems security configuration.
Please Note: While it’s unlikely that your clients are using the same email system as yourself, if you receive notifications from your clients seeing the same flag on emails sent to them you will want to have them whitelist the email address in their email systems as well.
Whitelisting varies between email providers, so for help with whitelisting an email address please refer to your email providers support center for further assistance.
