1. Log into your account at https://portal.practicepanda.com
2. Expand 'Settings' in the left menu, then click "Email Reporting".
3. Find the queued message in the Email Reporting list that you want to delete.
4. Click the trashcan icon to the far right of the queued message
5. Your message is now removed from our systems outbound email queue and will not be sent.
Note: If a message is already sent, you cannot delete it from the Email Reporting page. You can only delete messages that have yet to go out.
